TAKKT AG operates as a management holding company, which is engaged in the production, marketing and sale of business equipment. It operates through the following business segments: Takkt Europe and Takkt America. The Takkt Europe segment consists of the BEG and PSG. The BEG product includes pallet lifting trucks, universal cabinets, desk chairs, environmental cabinets and containers for hazardous materials. The PSG product includes collapsible boxes, package padding, shipping pallets and stretch film. The Takkt America segment consists of the MEG, REG, DPG and OEG. The MEG product emerged from SPG product which includes buffet and kitchen equipment, sales displays, roll-up displays, portable trade fair booths and customized advertising banners. The REG product includes all the equipment and supplies required for the operation of small to mid-sized restaurants.
